Patricia grew up in Roanoke, VA and graduated from Elon College, NC with a BS in Physical Education/Health. She moved to Charlotte in 1998 to live near her family. Her daughter attended UNCC and graduated in 2020 in Psychology and Gerontology.
Her past careers include 10 years as a PE/Health teacher, coached 3 sports and worked 17 years as a GM in a local restaurant chain. This experience brings skills of communication, organization, and administration to her real estate business. She earned her real estate license in 2010. She continues learning real estate by earning designations/certifications and is eligible to be Broker-in-Charge.
She is committed to hard work, excellence and has a high capacity for attention to detail. Patricia works alongside two colleagues in her company to enhance her business. Patricia’s priority is putting her clients first with outstanding service in each transaction.
